Shipments, payments and refunds


Shipments are sent via courier (delivery in 24 hours)

Single price for all shipments € 6.95

The price charged shall be as specified in the order. The price of shipping to the Canary Islands and other countries of the EU or outside the EU should be consulted.

For shipments over 200 € shipping costs will be free and run to our account.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.

Payment by bank transfer is the fastest and does not involve any additional cost.

The credit card payment is made through the secure Paypal system.

RETURNS

All returns must be performed within the first 7 days of receipt of your order, to be valid the date indicated on the certificate of receipt of the order issued by the shipping agency.
The procedure to accept product returns by Nins will be:

Must of packing with all accessories and then send to the address given at the time of the allocation of the returns number. It is essential to attach the original tags that came with the garment or product.
Please include a copy of your invoice and ship in the first 7 days after the placement of your return number, otherwise delivery will not be accepted.

No returns will be accepted for the following products:
Products damaged during transport. NOT ACCEPT ANY ORDER HAS BEEN HANDLED IS OBSERVED OR DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT.
